TripAdvisor rounds up the most romantic hotels in India to celebrate V-day, your anniversary or just a romantic getaway!

TripAdvisor ® the world’s largest travel site, today announced the winners of its 2012 Travellers’ Choice Romance awards, honouring the most romantic hotels in India. This list is based on millions of valuable reviews and opinions from travellers from India and around the world to help you create romantic moments to cherish for life!

Kerala’s diverse natural beauty from its charming backwaters to quaint hills made it the top destination for the Cupid struck, with the most number of romantic hotels on the list. Goa and Udaipur followed next, with Casa Colvale, Goa taking the top spot as India’s most romantic hotel. Taj Lake Palace Udaipur which is at number four on the list was also named as Asia’s best hotel in the TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Hotel awards in January
